Clemson is playing today? In the middle of the week? Bwahahahaha...this is what happens when you get STUNG by the mighty Yellow Jacket.

I think we all know Whitehurst well enough to predict the outcome here...let's see, they are playing a team that doesn't even have a coach since he was fired for taking his team to the crap bowl and losing to Texas in there last game by about 100 points, so Whitehurst should build a lead and then make some key bonehead moves in the fourth quarter that loses it for his team...is this his senior year? I can't wait to hear stories about him playing in the Canadian Football league or the NFL Europe next year ;)

Hmmm, spoke a little too early eh deepgreen! Nice showing against the Utes there with the 38-10 loss. I would say that Clemson would do better but you guys beat us. Too bad we had a QB with a bum shoulder and the star running back out that game. And 10-9 under those circumstances isn't what I would call STUNG! All I can say is: We can all thank the proclaimed "mighty jackets" for the first ACC loss in the bowls. Oh and look at that, Clemson ends up with a better record than the jackets too!! Oh well, I guess the ramblin WRECK just lived up to it's name. Oh, and did I mention that you guys were HEAVILY FAVORED!!(see http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/clubhouse?teamId=59 articles).

GO TIGERS!!

I would act like this upsets me...but it doesn't at all...Clemson lost to Tech...just like last year...and Tech finished with a better conference record, thus being ranked higher in the final ACC standings, despite the fact that Clemson plays in the easy division...but hey...everyone loses to Wake Forest every now and then, right?

Might wanna check in sometime on the Tech-Clemson records...or just to do you a favor, Tech is 45-23-2 against Clemson--including each of the last 2 years...

Charlie Whitehurst will be serving fries this time next year...just like Woody Dantzler.

Whitehurst a bust. Obviously. I often relate bust to someone who drives their team in the final minutes of a game to deliver the decisive blow. I see that..............Reggie Ball, was able to take over the game with that "stud", um, no, running back Daniels. Sorry for the pause, had to think who he was since all the hype has gone the way of the great things he is supposed to do in the ATL. Washed down Peachtree street.
Utah, MWC powerhouse. Oh wait, that was last year before their coach left for green grass and a top notch QB moved on. This year, they were a feisty (the word most people use for average, but won't go away) team with quality wins over no one. BYU may count but thats as close as they got. One would think that practicing against Calvin, you guys could learn to cover a wideout. Guess not. Rambling Wreck is about right....watching the game was like watching a wreck in slow motion.
Congrats go to GT for the following:
Laying down in a bowl game and giving the ACC their first bowl loss.
Screwing up the ACC regular season and the subsequent bowl pairings. If you were going to lay down, why wasn't it in Coral Gables?
Sliding out of the rankings again(while we march in to the top 20).
Having a coach who has continues to prove he's overrated. NFL, now NCAA. I bet thier is a JuCo in Kansas that would love to have him.
GT Football - Acheiving medirocrity on a regular basis. Why not? It's all the ahtletic department expects anyway.
I high profile televised game. 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon? I'm sure everyone scheduled their day around that one.
Next time stick a hostess cake in that hole and wait until you have a reason to talk some crap.
